3C certification was implemented from May 1, 2003 (later postponed to August 1), and the original product safety certification and import safety and quality licensing system were abolished at the same time. At present, the published compulsory product certification systems include "Regulations on the administration of compulsory product certification", "measures for the administration of compulsory product certification marks", "catalogue of the first batch of products subject to compulsory product certification" and "notice on issues related to the implementation of compulsory product certification". The first batch of products listed in the compulsory certification catalogue include wires and cables, switches, low-voltage electrical appliances, electric tools, household appliances, audio and video equipment, information equipment, telecommunication terminals, motor vehicles, security equipment, etc. The full name of 3C certification is "compulsory product certification system", which is a product conformity assessment system implemented by the Chinese government in accordance with laws and regulations in order to protect consumers' personal safety and national security, strengthen product quality management.
CCC certification materials:
1. CCC application form;
2. Business license;
3. Process flow chart of products applying for certification;
4. Electrical schematic diagram;
5. The Chinese name plate of the product applied for certification;
6. Application for certification of Chinese user manual of products;
7. Description of the differences among different types of products in the same application unit;
8. Factory questionnaire.
CCC certification process:
Stage 1: application acceptance
1. Copy of business license of the applicant
2. Copy of organization code certificate
3. Application form (clearly indicating the name of product, model and specification of certification)
(Note: if the manufacturer is inconsistent, the copy of business license and organization code certificate of the manufacturer applicant shall be provided)
The above information shall be provided within 2 working days.
Phase 2: provision of information
1. The documents accepted by the state (formal application, statement of conformity, statement of difference, factory questionnaire (which has been filled in) shall be signed and sealed, and three sets of the same products shall be sent to our company together.
Stage 3: sample information and sample testing
1. Product specification
2. Circuit diagram
3. Name plate
4. Key parts list (if you don't know which are the key parts, you can send a sample to our engineering department for assistance)
5. Specifications for relevant parts of products (to be provided when necessary)
6. Provide appearance photos of products (if necessary)
After the above information is provided, the laboratory will start the sample test, and the test time will be 2-3 weeks, if not, the time will be postponed.
Phase 4: Test Report
After the sample test, the test report will be reviewed by the sub center, and then by Beijing. After the review, the factory will be informed to review
Note: toys, audio and video, it products can get certificate first, then factory inspection.
Stage 5: Factory review
Our factory inspection engineer will contact your company to prepare the necessary data for factory inspection. Before the formal factory inspection, the engineer will assist in collecting, sorting and reviewing the data. If necessary, our engineer will go through your company's factory for on-site guidance.
