The network access license certificate includes certificate number, applicant, manufacturer, equipment name, equipment model, origin, remarks, certificate issuing date and limited date.
Application materials for network access permit:
1. Application form (2 copies)
2. Power of attorney (two copies)
3. Business license of the client
4. Customer's ISO Certificate or company profile and company capability description
5. Circuit diagram, instruction manual, block diagram and relevant test report (such as FCC ID)
6. Antenna peak gain and antenna pattern
7. Test direction
8. Business license of the company (annual inspection cannot be expired)
9. 3 color photos of EUT (must include all interfaces and sides)
10. Frequency channel comparison table (if there are many working channels to be provided, such as DSSS or FHSS products)
