China Quality Certification Center (CQC) is a professional certification body approved by the national authorities. CQC and its branches at home and abroad are the earlier authoritative certification institutions in China. Over the past decades, CQC has accumulated rich experience in certification and achieved remarkable results in various businesses. At present, CQC has 45 branches and more than 200 contracted testing laboratories at home and abroad, and has signed certification cooperation agreements with 22 foreign certification bodies. China has implemented the national compulsory certification system (CCC certification) since May 1, 2002. Compulsory product certification is implemented for the products listed in the CCC catalogue. If the products not listed in the CCC catalogue need certification, the voluntary product certification, namely CQC certification, can be adopted. CQC certification has two meanings. One is that the certification authority is CQC (China Quality Certification Center) (it should be noted that most 3C certificates are also issued by CQC); Second, it is different from CCC compulsory certification, which belongs to voluntary certification, that is to say, there is no compulsory requirement in national laws and regulations, which is the certification behavior of enterprise resources.
Scope of CQC certification:
CQC's product certification covers 78 categories of products, including household and similar electrical appliances, electrical products, automobiles, motorcycles, tires, safety glass, audio and video products, information products, medical devices, safety products, daily hardware, ceramics, cement, machine tools, toys, valves, small gasoline engines, etc.
CQC certification data preparation:
1. The application for compulsory product certification should be filled in according to the applicant's business license;
2. A copy of the enterprise legal person license of the applicant, manufacturer and manufacturer;
3. Certificate of registered trademark (when there is a registered trademark);
4 series model difference description;
5. Factory inspection report (preliminary review and latest factory inspection report), and factory questionnaire should be filled in for initial application;
6. Apply for 4 prototypes;
7. Chinese name plates and warning signs of products applying for certification;
8. General assembly drawing and electrical schematic diagram;
9. Chinese user manual of the product applied for certification;
10. Appearance photos of all models of products in the same application unit;
11 list of components related to safety and electromagnetic compatibility;
If the applicant, manufacturer and manufacturer are different, they should also provide relevant agreement certificates;
If the company has not done IS09001 certification, it also needs to provide process flow chart of certified products.
